The main task of the foundation is to make it possible for the more than 70 years old choir to rehearse, to perform and enjoy free time activities. These are organised by the current art management together with several tutors and about 15 volunteers. In our concerts we sing oratorios as well as a cappella pieces. We give about 10-12 concerts a year home and abroad. Wherever it is possible we make sure we perform pieces that have been dedicated to us through these long years. These include folk adaptations that have since become classics.
